The membership year runs from 1st October to 30th September.

The club membership fee (please note that all costs are given at the time of writing) is £71 p.a. (for seniors) and includes membership to GNAS, (the Grand National Archery Society) and cover for liability insurance. The membership cost also includes affiliation to The Abbey Rugby Club, SCAS (Southern Counties Archery Society) and COAS (County of Oxford Archery Society).

Junior members (14–17 years incl.) pay £39.50. Boys and girls from 12–14 years pay £33.50. The minimum age is 12 years but under 14 year olds can only be admitted at the discretion of the committee.

Note: A parent or other responsible person must be present at all times with all juniors under the age of 16.
